Day 29 - Anger
Fools give full vent to their rage,
but the wise bring calm in the end. (Proverbs 29:11 NIV)
This chapter had a lot to say about anger and discipline. I believe that its important to be a peacemaker.. which I try to do as my attempt to rewrite my short fused temper. While I do become angry, especially with dealing with my father.. I try to process through the angry situation to arrive at peace.
This verse especially brings up the point that we need to respond with peace rather than react with our anger.
